When Should You Hire CORE Public Adjusters?
The stress can be overwhelming when damage occurs to your property. Who should you call? What should you do first? Are you getting paid enough? While you may not always need a public adjuster, here are some situations where a public adjuster can be of benefit to speed up the claims process and get you more for your claim:
- You aren’t familiar with the claims process. If you're unfamiliar with the process, you could be making a big mistake.
- You don’t have time to deal with the claims process. Who has time to get involved with a complicated mess they don't understand? You take care of getting your property and family or business in order. We'll deal with your claim.
- You’re unsure of what your damage is really worth. Most people are unsure of what should be covered and unsure of how to value it in a way that is meaningful. We can do both.
- You feel as if the insurance company or any of its representatives haven’t treated you fairly. Unfortunately this is common and you're not alone.
- The insurance company denied your claim. You still have options.
- You are unfamiliar with how to compile a detailed, line by line estimate of all of the damages and the cost to restore damaged areas to pre-loss condition. Typically insurance companies will also want this estimate in a particular format.
- Your business has suffered loss of revenue due to damage.
- You feel as if the insurance company or any of its representatives haven’t treated you fairly.
- You do not have significant experience reading and interpreting insurance policies. Insurance policies are much more complicated than you think.
- You’re unable to live in your home due to damage.
